• 01Cars are covered by full insurance which covers the cost of the car, third-party liability (up to $10,000), and driver and passenger coverage (up to $4,000).
• 02In case of a traffic accident, the lessee must call the lessor, the insurance company hotline, and the police without moving the car from the place of the accident; otherwise, the lessee is liable to compensate for damage at their own expense.
• 03Any person with a category B driving license, more than 3 years of experience (as shown on the license), and older than 25 may drive the car.
• 04Mileage is unlimited.
• 05All cars have a spare tire and tools for changing a tire in case of a flat.
• 06Tire damage is not covered by insurance.
• 07If traffic rules are violated, insurance does not apply (running a red light, crossing double lines, speeding, driving under the influence, etc.).
• 08If needed, we may monitor the car's location, speed, and related data.
• 09You may not drive to Omalo (Tusheti), Roshka, Shatili, Vashlovani, or the Akhaltsikhe–Khulo route. If the car is used on these routes, the lessor may stop the vehicle and terminate the contract unilaterally.
• 10Same-to-Same fuel policy: the fuel level at pickup must be returned at drop-off.
• 11You may review our extra services and equipment list and request them when placing your order.
